Hello Doug. Can you please detail what the error message is and where in the process you are encountering it?
Never mind, I see I got a demo on my iLok in 2014 but I never used it so I'm out of luck.

It says "A general error occurred depositing the plugin license to your account. Now, after checking my iLok manager I see that I requested a demo in 2014, however I never activated it.
