trouble with crystal plugin

June 09, 2020 - 07:34 pm

Hello.  I installed the demo of crystal and I can't get native instruments komplete to recognize it as an effect.  I pointed to the correct path where I have my native instruments vst64-bit plugins installed, ran stand alone komplete, ran reaper, inserted a virtusl instrument, selected a sound on komplete, went to insert an effect and under the eventide product category, only my blackhole reverb is present.

Am I doing something wrong?  I uninstalled and reinstalled just to be sure so I'm uncertain of whatelse to do at this point.

Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.

I'd like to install the 32-bit version for when I use audacity as I don't think this software natively supports 64-bit software but the installer for this version is not accessible with screen readers for the blind.

Crystals doesn't have NKS integration, are you trying to add it as a regular VST?

You can install the 32-bit version separately with the 32-bit installer, and it will work with Audacity.
