Live 9 won't recognize UltraReverb

I installed UltraReverb but Live 9 won't recogize it.  It's installed in a custom folder with all my other 32 bit plugins.  I'm running a PC with Windows 8. The iLok License Manager did it's thing the first time I ran Live after installing UltraReverb, and the license shows up in my iLok account.  I've rescanned the VST folder but that did nothing.  This is the only pluging that Live won't recognize.  Any suggestions? I am also working this with Jerome from the helpdesk, but I thought I ask the forum too.  Thanks everyone.

Hi again,

We resolved this via email, I'm posting the solution here too so others can see it.

"Rescan" in Ableton's plug-in preferences window doesn't always seem to work. Instead, try turning the Custom VST folder OFF and then ON. This forces a rescan and you'll see the plug-in names scrolling through the orange bar at the bottom of the screen.
