removing demos to iLok authorize purchased version

Hi ,
I used the demos , liked them, and made the purchased , now I can not seem to get iLok to see the newly installed versions , I tryed using the uninstall feature with no success.
Can any one here help ??

Hello,

I'm glad to hear it, there are 2 things you can do that should authorize your plug-in while you still have a current demo. The first is to trash you DAE preferences, if you go to HD/Users//Library/Preferences and trash the folder labeled DAE Prefs.
The other thing you can do is uninstall the eventide plug-ins, launch protools, quit protools, and re-install the plug-ins. Doing this will sometimes work but is not guaranteed.
