Problem with IA feature update

Hi having a problem with the bypassing effects block by cc# feature added from the last update
It will not recognize the on or off status message sent by my controller(Ground Control Pro) when selecting a preset. After that it works great, but I have to press my ia switch a few times to get it lined up again.
