Can anyone recomend a good aux switch? not interested in the boss switches...I would like something small with an actual button like the one's on my eventide. I know there are a lot of people who build them, but don't know who's to choose. Thanks

The recommended one is the Digitech FS300. And it has switches like on the Eventide (metal).

What about a single switch? That's all I need right now

I use the Boss fs-5u as an aux switch for tap tempo and recommend it. Remember that a metal switch is not particularly suddle when performing on stage or recording in the same room as your gear. Depending on the kind of music you're playing/recording, keep in mind that frantic tapping on a metal switche is pretty noisy, while the Boss option is totally quiet. For tap-tempo, it works fine.

I'm having great success with the Boss FS-5U as a tap tempo switch as well!
