Is it possible to convert the patches from my DSP-7000 and turn them into patches that the H9000 can read?

It's possible, but not straightforward.  In what format do you have them?  They would need to in sigfile format (text) before we can do anything with them, because the compiled format will depend on the exact firmware and modules versions in your DSP-7000.
