upon your message I have checked preset 1140 in Vsigfile. The signal path looks absolutely fine, with separate paths for left and right channels. All connections are fine.
The audio tests though show what you are reporting. The filters switch does some weird phase tricks, right in the very on/off transition, and it's not always happening.
We'll have to look into it as it's probably a bug in one of the used modules.
