You can turn Bluetooth off and on by pressing the X, Y, and Z switches simultaneously, and switching Bluetooth off and on can help when having pairing problems. This problem is a bit more unusual though. Are you powering the H9 with the Eventide power supply that came with the unit? More often than not the really odd problems have been due to the power supply.
