Well, where in the updating process does this happen exactly?
If you're having trouble updating it via Bluetooth, you could try updating via USB instead with the desktop version of H9 Control.
Incidentally, when you turn your H9 on, does the display light up immediately or is there a 10 second delay before the display lights up?
