Hi again. It definitely wasn’t a space issue on the iPad, as I’m nowhere near capacity. Although the good news is that it is sorted now. My 2nd H9 arrived today (Core), and I performed the update on that one and it went perfectly, so I re-tried the original unit (Max), and this time it all went smoothly. The only thing I did differently was to place the iPad literally inches away from the H9’s, wheras yesterday, I was about 4′ away. Looks like bluetooth is not all it’s cracked up to be, lol.
