I’m also having this problem on two Windows machines. Both are Windows 7. Installed device manager 1.9.0. Connected Misha, on one machine it said unrecognized device. On the other, no response at all. I also noticed that when starting up the device manager on one, it attempts to connect to check for updates, and it pops up a message that it can’t contact services-prod.aws.eventideaudio.com. I tried checking several sites that verify if the site is up and most of them said no, it wasn’t just me. So I’m assuming the update site is offline at the moment and will try again later.
