The H3000 Factory Mk II plug-in models the Patch Factory, mod factory|one, and mod factory|two algorithms from the original H3000 hardware unit, but it does not model any of the reverbs that would be necessary to accurately recreate a Shimmer effect. You could try to get close, perhaps using the presets from the “Pitched Delays” category, but it won’t sound perfect.
If you are curious how to build a Shimmer effect from scratch, a useful routing diagram is provided in the ShimmerVerb plugin manual (see attached image). You could perhaps build this using the Factory Mk II pitch shifters as an ingredient, but with an external reverb plugin and some sort of delay feedback system outside of the plugin. Though this may complicate your setup more than it’s worth.
