It only needs to be TRS if you want to connect a stereo signal into the MicroPitch. If you’re only coming into the pedal mono, then you just need another regular instrument cable and set the input switch to “mono.” If you’re coming out of a stereo pedal and need to go into MicroPitch in stereo, you’ll need a dual-TS to TRS cable; the TRS side goes into the MicroPitch. Set the input switch to “Stereo.’
