If it’s not showing up in iLok, that’s a problem (but a small one). Try this: Go back into your Eventide dashboard. On the “My Plugins” tab make sure Temperance Lite appears there. Then double-check that your iLok name is entered correctly in the “iLok Account” box … click the little box that says “Remember iLok” and Submit.
Even if everything looks good, go ahead and do it again, resubmit, THEN …
Reinstall the plugin
Now go into Ableton and Rescan plugins, but do a DEEP SCAN.
