All great recipes above. TremoloPan – Opto Type with Edge=100 might be a good starting point. Some algos have a Ramp Down LFO waveform, which can accentuate the attack. Actually, the Chop Machine section of UltraTap is a versatile choice for customized tremolo. And, depending on which synth you’re using, you may be able to add to the choppiness within the synth itself.
… Im trying it with a synth in the first slot and I can’t get the tremolo in the second slot to either be choppy enough, plus when I play a synth note it kind of rings out first and then the tremolo kicks in…
How are your Mix parameters dialed in? Try setting the Program & *Synth* Mix=100, and the depth of Preset B maxed out, as described above. You can dial them back from there for a little more unmodulated synth or dry.
