Dear Eventide team, I solved this problem myself. Please share this simple solution with Studio One users:
If vst appears active in ilok, cut the Temperance Lite.vst3 folder from the Program Files/Common Files/VST3/Eventide folder and paste it into the Program Files/Common Files/VST3 folder.
This will allow Studio One to detect the invisible plugin.
