I can now see why the MADI expansion card is so appealing. It opens up routing capabilities. I use a MOTU 828ES audio interface, and plan to get an M64 or 112D (both have MADI). I am already using the H9000R as 4 chains with FX in series ADAT to ADAT. It is a shame the H9000 doesn’t have an AVB expansion card, as I would have bought it without hesitating. My 828ES has AVB, dammit. I also have an AVB switch, so adding multiple AVB devices is not a problem.
