BYPASS as many other aspects in ModFactor can be controlled via MIDI. I don't know what your pedalboard switch 4 is sending out…but you should check the ModFactor manual to understand how to patch a MIDI CC message to BYPASS. You will need to program your pedalboard switch to send out a specific MIDI CC#, which in turn you have assigned to BYPASS in the Eventide. Then your switch will toggle ModFactor Bypass on and off.
