I have a core and a standard H9, but it's making me purchase 15 algorithims to upgrade and not 10. It's also not reading my previous purchases, they show that they are there but read "customer support" rather than purchased on the list.
How do I fix this?
The app is going to show the number of purchases required for the devices connected to the app. If you have a standard connected, it should say 10. If this isn't the case, please take a screenshot of what you're seeing — preferably one that shows the serial numbers of the connected devices and the number.
Did you contact support at some point earlier to fix a problem with one or more of your purchases? If so, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can fix those purchase(s) so that they'll count toward the Max upgrade.
