I have used a number of midi foot controllers through out my life. The only princuple that is unversail in this case: more power= longer learning curve. I have Softstep 2. Remarkable control, however it is still a pain to program. The size and weight is killer and it has held up perfectly. It is a bit tricky to use when my feet are shoved into fat tennis shoes.
