The Warbly Spring Reverb
A vintage amp like spring reverb with a little of warble in the repeats. It uses a low mix in order to reproduce a warmer sound from the springs. Sounds great with an analog delay in front of it as the subtle warble from the springs create a fluter like sound. Hope you enjoy.

Your standard Edge double delay set roughly to the correct tempo of With or Without You.
He kind of favors strats now but the real magic of this tone is 3 things:
1) AC30 driven just a little bit
2) Heavily Modulated Double Tapped delay (1/4 and dotted 1/8th)
3) The Most Important - A pick with grips played upside down so you are scraping away from the strings.
Officially I believe he uses Herdim picks but Dunlop Max Grip does the same thing are more easily available state side.

Phase-offset loops - a heavy dose of pitch wobble - and long (but not infinite) decays.
Freeze for effect manipulations with the Repeat switch. Different FX with latch / unlatch.
EXP PED offsets Delay B, increases feedback to infinite, + shifts "tape speeds" up & back.
