      Bought a used timefactor recently and I can't upgrade it.  When I connect the midi cable, it can't find an appropriate driver and the update software doesn't recognize my device. Please help!!! 😉

       I got it updated last night from an XPSP2 computer. I think their is an issue with the plug-n-play on SP3 not recognizing the unit.
