Pitchfactor not recoginized

      I tried to update my pitchfactor today but the update application could not find it.  I tried three different USB caples and two seperate ports.  Anyone else had this problem?

      I have had similar issues on one of the factor pedals I owned, I always had to force it into update mode…. Power on the factor whilst holding down the middle footswitch…. then running Eventide Update Utility.

      if that does not work, have you changed the MIDI settings on the pedal ie clock in / out?

      Thanks for the quick response.  I turned off the computer with the pitch factor plugged in and restarted my computer and then was able to update it.
