Time factor powers on and off

  I have a time factor and space pedal, and last week I noticed the Time factor powering off and on repeatedly, with all lights flashing, on off. After I powered down, then back on… it was fine for another week. Today, both units… Time factor and Space pedals, are doing the exact same thing as if something is faulty with their power supplies. I totally disconnected all cables and plugs each one directly into the four AC power and they still do the same thing, so the problem is not on my board. My other pedals that are also being powered from my little mad two are fine. I have had the eventide pedals with no problems, for over one year and bought both brand-new from guitar center. I use my Voodoo lab pedal to power only the Time factor… the factory power supply for the Space Pedal. Any idea to what is going on with them? All they do now when I power on each one is flashing on and off. Thanks.

  It does sound as if you have some sort of power supply problem. You probably still have the factory power supply from the TF – you could perhaps try rotating the three supplies around the two pedals and see if there is one supply that works on either pedal.
  
  Otherwise you will probably have to contact support@eventide.com and have the units checked.

  U have to have the right power warts , 9 Volts DC , more important it should be 1200 M amps , or more 1.5 amps , or even 2 amps , or it will keep flashing ..

  This post is very old and I recently received a reply regarding the power supplies. I use the original power supplies that came with the units most of the time. One of the power supplies is plugged directly into a three prong grounded AC outlet. The other one is powered games using the voodoo lab multi power supply. Is set for the correct milliamps, through the use of they’re custom cables. The units seem to react differently in different locations. I believe they should be stable? I believe there is a problem with both of these units but I never heard back from Eventide regarding a resolution. Both units are now a few years later.

  I replied to your post in 2014 and gave a few suggestions that might (or not) have helped. You did not reply.
  
  Don't think you can blame Eventide for lack of support.
  
  If you are convinced that your units are misbehaving when powered by Eventide power supplies, you could contact support@eventide.com. But, be aware that they will now no longer be covered by warranty.

  Got it. I don’t remember getting a reply after I posted this issue originally back in 2014 unless I missed something? I’ll have to look at the thread… and I don’t think I asked for free technical support at this point. I’ll handle it from here. But hopefully next time if there is a next time I buy Eventide products, support will handle the issue a little quicker than 4 years later. Again I’ll have to check the thread to see when the first reply was. Thanks again for replying.

  Looking over the thread, again this is 4 years old, sorry for the miscommunication. Gently you replied I tried made the original post. I must not have received it for some reason so I was a little taken when I received another post about this issue for years later. My apologies. Thanks again for replying with your suggestions.
