        Error at ProTools startup…

        "ProTools cannot load the following plug-ins either because no valid authorization could be found, the iLok key was not connected or the plug-in was damaged:

        UltraChannel.aaxplugin"

        The plug-in is authorized via iLok Manager on both my iLok and my computer.

        I tried reinstalling and re-authorizating the plug-in and got the same result.

        Any ideas?

        MacBook Pro – 10.7.5

        ProTools 10.2.0

          Hi Scott,

          UltraChannel is compatible with ProTools 10.3.6 and higher only.  An update to 10.3.8 should be a free update from the Avid site.

            It works in Pro tools 10 for me but not in pro tools 11. Is it compatible with 11?

                Hi Peter,

                UltraChannel is compatible with Pro Tools 11.  What OS version are you using and which specific version of Pro Tools are you using?
