        I'm having problems restoring my backup after upgrading the software. 

        it looks like it doesn't matter which sw version I install, I can't restore my backup. 

        I'm using a Mac with Sysex Librarian. Can any of the Eventide programs restore a backup in to the pedal?

          Yes, both H9 Control and FactorLib can. H9 Control will only work with a TimeFactor with a v5 release installed on it though. We took FactorLib off of our website last week, b/c it's not compatible with the v5 releases. But if you'd like to try using it, send an email to support.

            Thanks.

            I have FactorLib installed, but that only restores presets, not midimapping etc?
