      The icon for crush station is there but greyed out. Can’t purchase.

      It’s brand new and I have the latest H9 control.

      Your web site says I should be able to.

      Help!

      Well, what happens when you click on that greyed out CrushStation icon?  It should tell you what the problem is.  Most likely you don't have the latest H9 software installed on your H9.

      I thought that since it was new, it had the latest firmware. I updated the firmware and I can use it now.
