Cant access the H9 input levels

        Hello 

         

        I can’t access in anyway the menu to change the input levels, i am holding the left foots witch as stated in the manual, but I can only access the output levels, I have the preset active or bypassed and in any way I can’t access the menu. 

         

        Please help me

          The input levels moved.  I believe that the latest H9 user manual was updated with that change.  But in any case the input levels are under system settings now.  If you're configuring them on the H9 itself, you'd enter system settings, go to utils and then to INGAIN as described in the user manual.  You can also configure this setting in H9 Control under the Pedal Settings section.

            I was able to access it with the app, but even found an Eventive video tutorial showing it, so thought my H9 was acting weird now i know is working properly.
