Can’t deactivate Ultrachannel license to move to new computer

      Hi

      I took advantage of the free Ultrachannel last year and obviously activated it on my laptop.

      I have just bought a new computer and want to move the activation to the new computer.

      My old laptop iLok shows 2 identical activations for UltraChannel Native, but if I try to deactivate either of them I see this error message:

      One or more activation locations are not accessible.

      That laptop had its motherboard replaced by Apple recently. Could that be messing with iLok? Is there any way to activate UltraChannel on my new computer?

      Please send an email support@eventide.com.  We've had to deal with this sort of issue in the past.
