      Hello,

      excuse my bad English,

      I expose my problem:

I tried to update my H9 to the latest version: V5.2.0 Beta with my IPAD AIR 2 and h9 control.

      The download was successful.

Then I rebooted my H9 and not work anymore.

First, power on, blinking LEDs, and then showed the sequence of the message UPDATE Erase – ¨ bad.

Now power on, flashing lights and then power off automatically

I tried to do what you recommend in this link: https://www.eventideaudio.com/community/forum/stompboxes/h9-firmware-update-errors but the problem persists: my H9 power on, flashing their lights and then turns itself off.

      What can I do?

      Please help me.

Please send an email to support@eventide.com, and let us know what computers with what operating systems you have (Mac or Windows). Also when you turn your H9 on, does the display light up immediately or does it take 10 seconds before it lights up?

      Hi,

I have an IPAD AIR2 with IOS 9.2 with the latest version of H9 control APP.

I have a ASUS ultrabook with Windows 8.1

When I turn on my H9, the lights turn on almost immediately and then, the H9 turns off automatically

This video shows exactly what happens to me :    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmRYNnVbfjc&feature=youtu.be

      Thanks again.

If you power it on with the HotKnob button pressed, it should go into a special mode where it says UPDATE on the screen. You should then be able to use the Eventide Direct Updater to update the H9 and fix the problem. You can download that application from the Supports / Downloads section of our website.
