Unfortunately, it isn't possible to create a preset like this in Octavox – this wasn't an intended use for the plug-in. Octavox only shifts diatonically, and doesn't do adaptive pitch correction in this way.
Ah correct, it was in fact based on Diatonic Shift. I believe that preset worked by setting both an interval amount and a cents amount. We could potentially implement this feature in Octavox in the future, though I can't make any promises at this time, as we are swamped with a number of different projects.
