        Hi All

        My H9 will no longer pair over Bluetooth and I’ve noticed that it displays the error code “BT E6” on start up. Both Bluetooth lights are switched on but it won’t pair with any iOS device (I’ve tried an iPad, iPod and iPhone).

        I’ve also tried resetting the system settings by pressing the right footswitch and hotknob switch on start up and that hasn’t helped.

        Does anyone have any ideas please?

          I'm afraid it looks like a hardware fault in the Bluetooth circuitry. You should contact support@eventide.com
