Using Hotknob for UP/DOWN … really?!?

        The Eventide tutorial video suggests I can achieve the same using the Hotknob to reverse direction of the UP/DOWN … but …. is that plastic knob really robust enough to be used by a human foot in battle? 

        Put another way … do H9 users really use that method, or do they go for the Barn 3 switch which is more robust, though costs 100+ quid once through UK cutoms …. bah!!

          I used to.. but I agree it’s sketchy.

           

          I use a disaster area designs switcher.

           

          BUT.. before that.. I would lay out presets in order.. with duplicates as needed.. so I only had to go UP. It was doable.
