Hi,
How long it takes usually for support to even answer an e-mail? I’ve msg them about my registration issues on 19.10 and still didn’t get any response. Is it normal?

No, that's not normal. Have you checked your junk mail folder? I'll forward your forum post to my colleagues in support.

Ok, I talked to our support department, and they couldn't find anything for your issue. I checked the support email account, and I couldn't find anything either when searching with the email address that's connected to your Eventide account. Maybe, you sent it in with a different email address?
In any case I can take care of this for you. Please take a photo of the serial number on the back of the H9 with your phone and email it to me. It should look something like H9-12345. We ask people to send us a photo of the serial number, b/c we've received the wrong serial number in the past from a few users. My email address is my forum user name with @eventide.com at the end.

Yeap, I just took care of deregistering the unit.
