        Hi guys , im a brand new Eventide user, just purchased the timefactor.  When it came it has a slip of paper in the box saying that my box has v2 software. On reading on the web it says there is a new update 3.5?

        where can i find this firmware update and how do i update it

        all help is appreciated

          Please download the Eventide Direct Updater from the TimeFactor Docs & Downloads page ( https://www.eventideaudio.com/support/product/688/installers ).

          You can use that to install the latest TimeFactor software.  By the way the latest release is actually a version 5 something (not 3.5).

            I tryied to update my timefactor to version 5.2.0[6] and now my timefactor is a brick. He stay stucks in update mode. I dont know what to do
