After purchasing the new Crush Station today, upon registering the plugin for activation I mistyped(remembered the spelling incorrectly) my ILok account name and hit “submit”.
Now I cannot see the license in my ilok account.
Unfortunately the misspelled name seems to have fatally matched another user account name!
So I assume it is in fact now assigned to different account of another user.
To me this really confusing. I thought there was a tight bond between my registerd email address/ILok account so things like this couldn’t happen.
I repeated the registering process with my correct ILok account name account and it went through with a success notification.
However the plugin is neither showing up in my owned products list on Eventide nor in my ILok account.
It seems just seems to stick to the wrong account.
Has anybody had a similar accident or does anybody know how to resolve this to get the purchased license reassigned?

Hey,
Sorry to hear it. Please email support@eventide.com with the names of the incorrect and correct iLok accounts, as well as your serial and license key, and we'll get you sorted out.
In the meantime, you could request and use a 30-day demo license.

Just to let you that the problem got solved.
Thanks to your colleague Colin the license got retrieved from the wrong account and reassigned back to me.
Crush Station is up and runnin now.
