The first preset won`t load. When i select the top led for the first preset the active led does not light and there is no effect and the dials do nothing… All other presets are fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Try conducting a factory reset by booting up while holding down the ACTIVE footswtich and LED Button above it. That should take care of the problem. Let us know if it persists.
I did the factory preset which made the top led preset work and adjustable but now the freeze button won`t scroll through the presets and is functioning as a bypass. So now it is stuck on the first preset.
Be aware that the FREEZE button has two modes, Freeze mode and Preset Select mode. If you hold the footswitch down for two seconds you can switch between them. Try that and see if that was the issue.
