        Hi, when the FX-Loop on my MixingLink is engaged there is a hum/buzzing sound, as soon as I touch the Mix Mode toggle switch. When touching the other metal parts there’s no problem. Also this apparently only occurs when nothing is plugged into the DI/Line out. Is this normal, or is there something wrong with the grounding? Any help/suggestions?

            Does it help if toggle the gnd lift switch

                  Hi, the serial number is MX-04256 (Model: 1183-000). I purchased it at Thomann Germany and their warranty is still valid so I’ll probably return it through their service.
