Well you could send or receive MIDI clock from your TimeFactor and use presets with tempo mode enabled so that the delays are note values that are relative to the MIDI clock.  I don't know the Timeline; you'd have to talk to your other guitarist about whether it supports MIDI clock and something like tempo mode.
