A checksum is a number that's calculated from all of the bytes in a file.  When a file is downloaded, it's a way of checking that the file downloaded correctly and no pieces got corrupted or scrambled in transmission.  You've tried downloading the file a few times, and you keep getting this error?  I just emailed you the file.
