Updating my time factor not working

        Mac OSX 10.15.7 using USB withEventide device manager 1.9.0

        When I click on install any update nothing happen

          Have you selected from the two available updates (click on one) ? The screen shot suggests you haven’t.

            Yes I did many times

              On the previous Application (direct  updater) it would see my pedal and the serial # but as soon as I tried an update it would state (incompatible serial # )
