At present there is no way to add the same note to a sequence. However, once a sequence is running in auto-play you can add zeroes to the “interval button sequence”, which will repeat the prior note. To do this, make sure you are in the auto-play screen and then press/hold user 4(+) and then press “0”. The user guide explains the interval button sequence in more detail.
