The Walrus Audio D1 delay has an Attack knob that allows you to blur out the attack of the note in the repeats, making for a “softer” delay effect.  Is there a way to do this with any of the H90 delays?

Yes, UltraTap would be a good choice for this.

          • Start with the UltraSwell preset
          • Turn taps down to 1
          • Turn slurs down to 0
          • Adjust the swell and rise parameters to taste
          • Turn the mix down, add feedback, adjust other parameters to taste etc.

This should give you a basic delay sound where the repeats have a swell effect. Once you get something you like, try playing with taps, slum, taper, spread for lots of interesting variations on the effect.
