I must begin by saying that i’ve been really enjoying the new looper. I have been putting it through it’s paces over the last few days as a tape machine sampler with Sticky Tape going into the looper, set to smooth with an expression pedal controlling the speed of the loop (from -100 to 100). Great fun! But it have frozen/crashed twice while doing this. Once yesterday, once today. Both times i had recorded a loop of about 4 seconds, then changed the start time to where was appropriate and shortened the loop time to like 0.1 or 0.2 of a second and used that as a drone to change pitch with my foot. At some point when doing that it just freezes. T’is the nature of beta, so i thought i should let you know. Is there somewhere to send logs to or summit?

Thank you for coming to the user forums. The most helpful process you can start is submitting a ticket with our support team at support@eventideaudio.com. Optimally, sending a video of the troublesome behavior would be best but at the very least a description of the behavior that led to any crashing will suffice. The idea is gathering information we can use to reproduce the problem. Once you submit a ticket, you should get an immediate response confirming they’ve received it. They will ask for the correct logs you can submit.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I tried to reproduce this but I could not get this to happen when I followed the steps you provided.
Please open H90 Control, connect to your H90, click the burger icon in the top left corner, and select “Save Logs”. You can email the logs to support@eventideaudio.com and that will help us track down the issue.
