        Hallo,

when i connect my H90 with my Pc Usb i get noise. With my Laptot there is no Problem. I tried a Usb Isolator.

I get the Windows sound, that the device is found. But it doesnt connect to the controll software. Other devices work.

Without the isolator it connects without problems.

        Can anybody explain this?

          Hello,

Can you be more specific with what the issue is? Does the device not show as available in H90 Control? Or you try to connect and it fails?

Do you have this issue when using the USB isolator with both computers?

Unfortunately, it may be that the USB isolator is doing something to block the connection to H90 Control and there may not be anything we can do to resolve that.

            Hi,
I had the same problem with my RME soundcard, turns out it has to be a high speed USB isolator, now ir works.

              Hello there,

Should I try yours then ? I have a similar issue, bought this one here, does not help at all. It actually makes the noise worse !

Sorry there is no USB isolator that we officially endorse. There are many variables that can cause USB noise.

Have you tried reconfiguring how your devices are connected to power? It’s best to have everything connected to the same power outlet or strip.
