TimeFactor not communicating with H9 Control

        TimeFactor (with latest firmware) connects to H9 control (latest version) via USB/Midi on PC running Windows 11.
        I can see most, not all, of the various presets.
        However, it only stays connected for a few seconds before losing connection with H9 Control.
        I have to reconnect all over again.
        I can’t do anything in H9 Control without it losing connection.

          Same here. Time factor isn’t recognized by the H9 Control App. I am connecting it via USB. i am working on iOS.
          Pedal does’t appear on my computer as a “USB DEVICE CONNECTED, and doesn’t appear on the H( Control App… and no changing light and no anything.

          And yes, i already checked the cables, the power, and everything…

                I have the same problem.

                With 3 Factor Pedals.Tim,.Mod and Pitch.

                They connect for a brief moment and then disconnect.

                Usually they work until you make an adjustment to a preset and then stop connecting with that

                famous communication error.

                A full reset helps to reconnect.
