When you hold down the right footswtich for two seconds, you change from preset search mode to tap tempo mode where you should see the LED flashing. Are you sure you’re in the right mode? Of course, if you’re not on a time based algorithm like a delay you may not see a flashing light either. If you’re certain you’re in the right mode and still not seeing a light, you may need to contact support@eventideaudio.com for troubleshooting. Please include a video of you switching modes on something like a delay.
