I’m dealing with a frustrating issue with my H9 and hoping someone here might have experienced something similar.
I purchased a used H9 and opened a support ticket to have it registered to my user account. Support confirmed they completed the transfer, but the app continues to display the message that the pedal is registered to another user.
I’ve already opened a follow-up ticket, but their suggested solutions haven’t worked:
• Tried multiple devices (MacBook, iPhone, other computers)
• Reinstalled the app several times
I’ve exhausted all the basic troubleshooting steps and I’m getting really frustrated with this situation.
Has anyone here encountered a similar issue? If so, were you able to resolve it, and how?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
