Hello … My Modfactor is really misbehaving. The footswitches seem unresponsive, and nearly impossible to get in System Mode. Ive restored it to original factory settings but to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions? This has been a very dependable and incredible sounding pedal. I would like to send it to eventide if possible and have them look at it and get it repaired if possible.
